The Intelligence College is actively engaged in a network of institutional partnerships across Europe.
We co-develop and support high-level educational and strategic initiatives in the field of European security and intelligence.
Below an overview of our key collaborations:
European Security and Defence College (ESDC)

As an associate partner of the European Security and Defence College (ESDC), ICE co-organizes various educational initiatives. Notably, the upcoming “EU Security and Intelligence Awareness” seminar is scheduled for 13–14 May 2025 in Belgium. This seminar aims to complement existing EU security awareness initiatives and is intended to become a regular course for EU officials and those working with EU institutions.
Académie de Défense de l’École Militaire (ACADEM)

In July 2025 ICE has established an Associate Membership with ACADEM, the French defence education institution based at the École Militaire in Paris, to co-organize seminars and participate in key events. ICE actively participated in the Paris Security and Defence Forum (PDSF) in both 2024 and 2025 held at the École Militaire in Paris. These forums serve as major international platforms dedicated to European security and defence, facilitating strategic discussions and interdisciplinary debates on pressing geopolitical, security, and technological challenges.

European Single Intelligence Analysis Capacity (SIAC)

On 23 October 2024, ICE signed a cooperation agreement with the European Single Intelligence Analysis Capacity (SIAC) in Brussels. SIAC unites the EU’s civilian and military intelligence fusion centres under one analytical framework. This agreement formalises a strategic partnership in the areas of training and education. As part of this cooperation, ICE is delivering a tailor-made analytical course specifically designed to meet SIAC’s operational requirements
French Institute of International Relations (IFRI)
Since mid-2023, ICE and the French Institute of International Relations (IFRI) have been co-hosting a series of strategic discussions in Paris, known as the “Brown Bag Seminar Series – Intelligence Cycle.” These seminars provide a vital platform for European national coordinators and heads of service to share insights on security and intelligence.
